This policy explains what the app stores, what it does not store, and what happens to your data when you uninstall. It is short because the app collects very little.
| Data | Where it lives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One session record per shop: the shop's domain, the access token Shopify issues at install, and the list of permissions (scopes) granted | Our database, hosted on Railway | Without it the app cannot make authenticated calls to your store. |
| Print history: for each PDF you download, the label size and field settings used, and a snapshot of each printed line (product title, variant, SKU, barcode, price, quantity) | Our database, hosted on Railway | So a Reprint renders exactly what you printed before, even if your catalog has changed since, and so the free plan's monthly label count can be tracked. This is product data from your catalog, never customer data. |
The app authenticates with a shop-level (offline) access token, not a per-user one. The session record is tied to the store, not to whoever installed it, and no staff member's name, email address, or user ID is stored.
The app does not have access to protected customer data, and does not ask Shopify for it. It never receives customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, payment details, or order history. Its only Shopify permissions are reading and writing products, which it uses to list your variants, to write back barcodes and SKUs you approve, and to render labels.
No other third parties receive data from the app. It contains no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts.
Uninstalling the app is enough. Shopify notifies us and the stored access token for your shop is deleted immediately. About 48 hours later Shopify sends its mandatory data-erasure notice for the shop, and the app deletes your print history in response. Nothing is retained after that.
The app implements Shopify's three mandatory privacy webhooks, so requests to access or erase customer data are handled automatically. Because the app holds no customer data, those requests have nothing to disclose and nothing to erase.
If you want confirmation in writing that your data has been removed, email the address below and you will get an answer.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If a change ever affects what data the app collects, merchants with the app installed will be told directly, not quietly.
